Customer CDO co-ordinator
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB The Customer CDO Coordinator will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the Equipment Control System in line with current procedures
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * All EC duties including the input and maintenance of equipment requests * Reconciliation - Ensuring all movements are correctly recorded within specific timeframes * Management of Movement requests on SAP system * Management of Surveys * Reconciliation of EC warehouse equipment counts * Correct and prompt filing of all finalized documentation as to internal audit standards * Liaising with 3rd party distributors to ensure all requested asset movements are scheduled within agreed timeframes * Compiling and Communicating on a weekly basis to commercial teams both stock reports and proposed delivery schedules * Retrieving, Processing, and submitting asset movement requests to 3rd party contractors * Working as part of the overall EC team aiding in the cover of other duties during times of staff holidays and sickness and any other duties as directed by CDO Manager ARE THESE YOUR
SECRET INGREDIENTS? Essential Criteria * Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages * Experience in dealing with customers and working within a demanding service environment * A dedicated team player with an honest, positive and approachable attitude Desired Criteria * Experience in working with SAP systems * In depth knowledge of Microsoft excel to include working with pivot tables, etc.
