Customer Service Administrator

Salary- €28,000

Permanent & Full Time Role

Here at Staffline we are looking for an eager customer Administration Assistant to join our client, a chic and innovative jewellery manufacturing company based in Dublin 22. You will be working as a direct link between business and customer to deliver friendly and efficient customer service and respond to a variety of requests. This multinational company offers exciting opportunities in a consistently growing market for any Administrator wanting to kick start their career.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years previous experience in office administration.
  • High degree of accountability and ownership
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • High standard of organisation.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet changing deadlines
  • A background in retail or a similar industry is a bonus

Skills & attributes

  • High attention to detail.
  • Time management is a must.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Strong phone and email contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • A high level of written and verbal communication skills

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, schedules meetings and support visitors.
  • Taking card payments.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Building relationships with customers through great communication skills.
  • Ensuring customer credit accounts are paid in full in a timely manner and resolving any queries
  • Performing any other duties as requested by your manager that may be necessitated by this changing role in line with business objectives
  • Processing orders
