Customer Services Administrator


Maternity Cover

Our Client based in Lisburn require a Customer Services Administrator for an immediate start to cover maternity leave

The Role:

  • Working as part of an office-based team
  • Responsibility for telephoning existing customers for orders
  • General office duties, including email and any other duties as and when required.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE Grades A- C (to include Maths and English)

or equivalent

  • 2 Years previous experience in customer service

Preferred Criteria:

  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and outlook

The successful applicant must possess and demonstrate the use of the following skills and knowledge

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A polite, confident and friendly manner
  • Confidence with using computers and email
  • Negotiation skills
  • Good Team worker
  • Well organised and thorough even under pressure
  • Use of Initiative

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm, Friday 9am - 5pm

In Return:

  • Salary = £11.00+ per hour, depending on experience
