Main responsibilities:
Reporting into the Plant Manager, the role will involve:
- Assisting with general office administration duties
- Processing orders from receipt through to delivery to the customer
- Managing customer accounts
- Producing weekly and monthly sales reports
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Producing and forwarding customer invoices
- Managing stock levels for key accounts ensuring product is available when required
- Monitoring quality standards and producing monthly reports
- Monthly stock reporting for all Raw, WIP and Finished Goods
- Managing customer enquiries from new product through to order and delivery stage
- Raising Purchase Orders on SAP and internal systems
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- GCSE English and Mathematics Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent IT Skills including MS Office with a knowledge of SAP desirable
- Ability to work both on your own and as part of a team, working to tight deadlines
- Good organisational skills and an ability to prioritise workload
