Customer Service Administrator - Dublin 9

At Staffline Recruitment we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator join a leading freight forwarder and supply chain management specialists in Santry, Dublin 9.

The position will be offered as a 6 month contract and will require a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in a busy and fast based customer service focussed office environment.

A pro rata salary in the region of €32,000 - €34,000 will be payable to the successful applicant.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Receive Bookings/Pre-Advises from customers via e-mail, phone, and fax
• Manage SAP orders
• Ensure orders are processed promptly by the Warehouse
• Liaise with 3rd party carriers
• Any operational problems or order queries must be resolved efficiently and corrective action put in place to
• avoid repeat incidents
• Respond in a correct and timely manner to all customer complaints and service failures
• To produce customer stock reports within the agreed time lines
• To ensure our internal KPI's are maintained to a satisfactory level

Interested applicants will meet the following requirements:

• 2-3 years of customer service and administration experience in a fast paced environment
• Excellent Microsoft Office experience with a strong working knowledge of Excel
• SAP experience preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent problem solving ability
• Ability to understand and learn new systems
• A flexible and proactive approach to work
