Customer Service Advisor

Lisburn

Full-Time Permanent

Our client based in Lisburn require a Customer Service Representative for an immediate start.

Job Description and Duties

• To provide comprehensive customer service support
• Receiving and processing sales orders on the ERP system
• Proactive telesales function within the sales office focussing on individual and team KPI's.
• Responding to all customer queries accurately and effectively
• Taking the appropriate action to ensure customer expectations are fully delivered
• Providing immediate phone and e-mail support and advise to our valued customers
• Liaising with internal team as required

Essential Criteria

• GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English & Maths
• Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar customer service role
• Proven experience of working to and achieving sales targets.
• Good level of computer literacy, including experience in the use of Microsoft packages/ computer databases
• Ability to retain product knowledge to a high standard
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and manage own time effectively
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Highly customer focused
• Excellent administration skills

Hours of work: Mon to Thu 8.30am - 5pm, Fri 8.30am - 4pm

Rate of Pay

• Rate of Pay: £10.18 p/hr
