Customer Service Advisor (Working from home)
Temporary (35 hours)

Start date: 27th Sept/4th Oct/11th Oct 2021

The Client: Staffline working in parternship with Laithwaites, the Uk's leading online wine retailer are recruiting for Inbound and Outbound Customer Service staff.

Job Overview:

We are looking for customer orientated individuals with a professional and helpful telephone manner. The role will revolve around processing customer orders,receiving inbound customer inquiries regarding their order, account, issue or general queries and customer retention. If you do not have the experience in the customer service field-don't worry we have a full training plan in place

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aim to provide first call resolution
  • Answering customer's inbound queries and providing excellent standards of customer service
  • Ensure adherence to process's to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction
  • Follow escalation procedures for issues that are not resolved
  • Handling transactions, managing customer access, responding to sales enquiries and dealing with customer complaints
  • Updating customer accounts and updating various process's
  • Customer retention

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong Verbal and written skills with the ability to show attention to detail
  • Problem solving and strong communications skills
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Passionate about technology and the internet, with a desire to learn and develop
  • Customer Service experience
  • Proven experience of working with computers and achieving targets
  • High levels of resilience and patience when dealing with difficult situations or customers who may find it hard to understand what your explaining
  • A good consistent typing speed
  • Take ownership of situations with positivity and a can-do attitude
  • Able to work within a fast paced, engaging environment

Hours of work: 35 hours per week Mon - Fri 8.30am - 7pm, Sat 9am - 5pm Sun 10am - 4pm (must be flexible in the hours you can do to include evening and weekend work)

Training: 1 week training in Belfast City Centre (Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm - Must be able to attend)
