Inbound Customer Service Advisor - No Sales| Belfast

Staffline Ireland is currently seeking Customer Service Advisor on a permanent full-time basis for our banking client based in Belfast City Centre.

Daily Tasks

  • Managing our inbound customer service via telephone
  • Providing a high standard of customer service to our customers.
  • Dealing with first time customer query resolution when possible, dealing with correct escalation procedures
  • Using and implementing feedback given from coaching and monitoring sessions.
  • Maintaining high standard data security and GDPR regulations.
  • Following your assigned daily schedules and tasks.

Hours of Work:

  • 40 Hours Per Week
  • Monday - Friday 09:00 - 19:00 Fully Flexible
  • Saturday 0900-14:00 Rotation 1 In ¾


  • £10 per hour
  • Paid fortnightly

Essential Criteria:

  • 6 months Customer Service experience in a fast paced / busy environment
  • Mature, confident and professional telephone manner

Desirable Criteria:

  • Call centre experience (6 months +)
