Inbound Customer Service Advisor - No Sales| Belfast
Staffline Ireland is currently seeking Customer Service Advisor on a permanent full-time basis for our banking client based in Belfast City Centre.
- Managing our inbound customer service via telephone
- Providing a high standard of customer service to our customers.
- Dealing with first time customer query resolution when possible, dealing with correct escalation procedures
- Using and implementing feedback given from coaching and monitoring sessions.
- Maintaining high standard data security and GDPR regulations.
- Following your assigned daily schedules and tasks.
Hours of Work:
- 40 Hours Per Week
- Monday - Friday 09:00 - 19:00 Fully Flexible
- Saturday 0900-14:00 Rotation 1 In ¾
- £10 per hour
- Paid fortnightly
- 6 months Customer Service experience in a fast paced / busy environment
- Mature, confident and professional telephone manner
- Call centre experience (6 months +)
