Customer Service Agent|Belfast

Staffline Ireland is currently seeking Inbound Customer Service Agents for our client on a permanent full-time basis based in Belfast.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing Inbound Customer Service Via Telephone.
• Providing a high standard of customer service to customers.
• Dealing with first time Customer query resolution when possible, dealing with correct escalation procedures.
• Using and implementing feedback given from coaching and monitoring sessions.
• Maintaining high standard data security and GDPR regulations.
• Following your assigned daily schedules and tasks.

Hours of work:

• 40 Hours Per Week
• Monday - Friday 09:00 - 19:00 (Rotational 8-hour shift patterns)
• Saturday 0900-14:00 (1 Saturday in 3 rotation)

Salary:

• £20,800
• Paid fortnightly

Requirements:

• At Least 6 Months experience in a Customer Service or Contact Centre role
• Mature, confident and professional telephone manner
