Customer Service | Cash Handler
We are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Officers/Cash Handlers for our Financial Services Client in Mallusk.
These are temporary roles initially for a 6-12 month period.
Hours: flexibility required to work between the hours of 0700 and 1800 each day e.g. shift could be 0830 to 1630 and change the next day/week
The role includes:
- The primary function of this role will be the operating and running of a large note counting machine, ensuring that customer lodgements are processed through the machine in a timely manner and ensuring that the machine is running efficiently.
- Accurately process a high volume of cash & paper based transactions, requests and enquiries in an efficient and professional manner, giving direction and clarity to customers and moving to next request in an appropriate timeframe.
Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a similar environment or demonstrate good cash handling background.
A credit vetting check and criminal record check will be required as part of pre screening.
