Customer Service - €28k - Dublin 18

At Staffline Recruitment we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to take up a 3 month contract with one of our favourite clients; a multinational, market leading company with offices in South Dublin.

The successful candidate will be required to work June, July and August and take ownership of a project to make phone and email contact with a portfolio of existing commercial clients.

This role will be conveniently located in Dublin 18. Are you free to work for the summer? Do you enjoy a phone based role? Then we want to hear from you! This contract role could be perfect for a student or graduate available to take up employment in June.

A pro rata salary in the region of €26,000 - €28,000 will be payable.

Key responsibilities of this position will include:

  • Manage large amounts outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information which will help seize opportunities to upsell
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in database in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Target regional multiple site prospects within your defined geographical area
  • Accurately prepare and present contracts and associated paperwork to prospective clients

  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone manner
  • IT proficiency, especially with Excel, and strong typing skills
  • Ability to ask prying questions
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills
  • Adaptability and accountability
  • Have the ability to cross-sell / up-sell
  • Be motivated by success and targets
