Our client is an expanding Semi State Body with offices conveniently located in Dublin 4. Our client is a leading Irish energy business, dedicated to the provision of transmission and market services for the benefit of electricity consumers, committed to delivering high quality services to all customers.

About the Role

Due to growth and expansion our client is recruiting a number of permanent positions that will support the administrative function of the organisation. They are currently seeking candidates with a strong customer service experience to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will offer a competitive salary, performance based bonus and hybrid working model.

Duties will include:

• Maintain up to date knowledge of processes and technology, contribute to improvement initiatives
• Capture, process, and lodge accurately customer information and requests into the database
• Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Attend to customer's needs, requests and enquiries within a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain up to date knowledge of processes and technology, contribute to improvement initiatives
• Adhere to compliance frameworks and procedures

About You

This role will involve working in a highly regulated environment where the work is extremely process and procedure driven. Interested candidates will ideally have 1-2 years customer service experience working in finance, banking, insurance or similar. You will be professional, resilient and have a high attention to detail. More importantly you will be motivated to learn and progress within a supportive working environment.
