Customer Service Administrator
We are currently seeking an excellent Administrator to join a leading company.
You will be providing administration to the team and data entry and liaising with supply chain
- Previous experience within an administration role ideally in an office/corporate environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to build key working relationships both internally and externally and with customers and suppliers
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as in a team
- Excellent attention to details
- Experience in a customer focused environment
- Holds at least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above including English Language and Mathematics
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a previous administration role
- Ability to use a computer MS packages and in-house systems
- Answer queries by telephone, face to face and by email
- Experience of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Third level qualification in a relevant discipline.
