Job description

Customer Services Administrator

Location: Belfast

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

· answer calls and responds to emails

· handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email

· Ability to work in a team environment

· manage and resolve customer complaints

· provide customers with product and service information

· enter new customer booking information into system

· update existing customer information

· identify and escalate priority issues

· route calls to the appropriate resource

· follow up customer calls where necessary

· document all call information according to standard operating procedures

· Communicate with customers and suppliers in a professional manner

· Handle customer bookings efficiently and professionally

· Be flexible and adaptable to business needs

Education and Experience

· Transport Knowledge, an advantage

· proficient in relevant computer applications

· knowledge of customer service principles and practices

· knowledge of call centre telephony and technology

· some experience in a call centre or customer service environment

· good data entry and typing skills

· knowledge of administration and clerical processes
