Customer Service Support


22 hours/week delivered over shifts which include weekdays, evenings and weekends

About the Role

You are a first point of welcome for our client in person, online, and on the phone. You will be working in a team but are happy to be flexible in your working hours. You must be organised, reliable, and thrive on engaging with people. You have good experience of working in a customer-facing role, can use IT proficiently and are an effective communicator.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Welcome and assist our customers and licensees in the building
  • Provide a friendly, polite and efficient response to general enquiries made in person, by phone or via email
  • Use Ticketsolve to process bookings for activities (in person and on the phone)
  • Take cash, card and gift voucher payments, and process refunds as required
  • Process ticketing and marketing reports as required


  • A minimum 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience of cash handling
  • IT Efficiency: Excel, Word, Ticketing System · Strong Communications Skills in English
  • Ability to be flexible in your working hours
  • Enthusiastic and collaborative: with customers and with Crescent staff
  • Motivated to deliver a high-quality service for our customers
  • Reliable and punctual
