Deputy Nurse Manager
Salary: £25.26 Hourly
Job Type: Full time
Location: Belfast BT12
The role: Deputy Nurse Manager in our well established Client's care home, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility and maintaining high standards of patient care in collaboration with the Nurse Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure highest standards of patient care and efficient operation of the nursing home in the absence of Nurse Manager
- Assist in managing all aspects of daily home operations including staff management, resident care standards, assessments, admissions, and health & safety procedures
Candidate Criteria:
- Nursing 1st Level Qualification
- NMC Registration
- Significant post-qualification experience
- Current PDP up to date
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Valid work permit
