We are currently recruiting for a full time permanent Dispatch Administrator to join the busy team for one our clients based in Ballymena. The client is Northern Irelands Largest Garage Door Manufacturing & Installation Company since 1994.
Job Description and Duties
- Organising dispatch orders
- Generating delivery notes
- Interacting with drivers and planning their deliveries
- Processions customer orders and communicating any updates or late deliveries etc with each customer.
- Previous relevant experience as an administrator
- Proficient in microsoft office
- Strong attention to detail & organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Hours of work: Monday to Wednesday - 08.45 - 5pm
Thursday - 0830 - 5pm
Friday - 0845 - 4pm
Holidays: 28 Days holiday per year
Breaks: 15-minute AM and 30 minute lunch
Salary: £23 - £25k depending on experience
