B Class Driver and Support engineer

My client based in Blanchardstown require a B licensed driver for country wide drops

For this role, you will be required to hold a B driving licence and due to company insurance, you must be over the age of 25 and have held your licence for a minimum of 2 years with no more than 3 points. As you will be required to assist with loading and unloading, you will need to be able to lift with assistance and ensure that cargo is safely secured in transit.

We require someone who has similar experience in a driving role and is able to maintain concentration for long periods as you will be driving independently for the majority of the working day.

This position is available immediately and will be subject to successful completion of employment checks inclusive but not limited to financial, criminal and 5 years referencing.

Pay is E16 - E17 per hour

Hours of work are starting from 6.00am to 8.00am Monday to Friday

Overtime is paid after 40 hours

Overtime available at an enhanced rate

Delivery Driver responsibilities include:

• Delivering and driving county wide

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting and operating the delivery vehicle
• Following delivery driving routes and time schedules
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve client's complaints
• Complete logs and reports
• Follow regulations and safety standards

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver ( min 3 years professional driving)
• Must be over the age of 25
• Valid professional driver's license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• Manual Handling
• Safe Pass
