DROP IN SUPPORT WORKERS
£22, 369 - £24, 054 per annum
37.5 hours per week

We are looking for individuals who are committed, enthusiastic and self-motivated to join our energetic team. You will have experience of working with marginalised people with a range of support needs and risks, be able to positively engage with homeless people and have a strong understanding of homelessness issues. You must be able to work to the Welcome's ethos of acceptance and delivering services unconditionally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of a team of Support Workers you will be responsible for the daily management of our Drop In service providing immediate and ongoing support to both homeless and vulnerably housed people many of whom have complex and multiple needs You will, have particular responsibility for meeting the support needs of our vulnerably housed clients ensuring the Drop In operates effectively.
As an assessment and multidisciplinary support hub for all it is a place where our client group can participate in meaningful activities and training to sustain accommodation and socialise in a safe and welcoming environment
