Job description

Staffline are currently recruiting for an ERP Systems Manager where you will be joining a small but focused Information Systems team in one of the leading independent suppliers to the construction industry in the UK and Ireland with multiple companies within the group.

Key areas of responsibility:

 Manage our existing ERP systems whilst challenging the existing set up and driving improvement
 Collaborate with business process owners and key application users, manage implementation, training options and support
 Take responsibility for the business's core business systems, including configuration, maintenance and development
 Be the first point of contact in supporting ERP related issues
 Ensure ERP system is constantly meeting the needs of the business I. Review existing processes and identify methods of introducing improvements or efficiencies II. Help the various business units maximise the full potential of systems in line with business requirements III. Design and manage interfaces with 3rd party software solutions
 Project lead on the delivery of new functionality
 Coordinating with internal departments to ensure that employees have access to the information they need to do their jobs
 Evaluation of current systems and processes
 Document and implement change
 Establish a Knowledge Transfer Process
 Develop excellent working relationships with all departments within the business
 Define and develop reports and management information outputs to support the management team
 Participate in the formulation and development of the company's IT strategy
 Understanding of business transactions, operational process and drivers including the information that these provide us with Pro-actively contribute to the continuous improvement of technology/business system processes through identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes
