Estates Measured Term Contracts Manager (Band 7)

The Client: Local Healthcare body based in Lisburn, serving local residents.

The Role: The post holder will act as the trust's lead competent person for Estates Procurement related matters and provide specialist advice to the organisation in relation to all aspects of Estates Procurement Policy and Procurement Legislation.

Duties include but aren't limited to:

• Development and implementation of policies and plans within the Trust for the Procurement of Estates Contracts.
• Management of Estates training to all levels of staff in line with appropriate policies and procedures.
• Auditing service providers to ensure compliance within service level agreements and focused on MTC contracts
• Ensure compliance with CPD and HEIG Procurement guidance
• Human resource management responsibilities as per Job description

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am- 16.30pm

Requirements:

• Experience in working with construction contracts, maintenance contracts and measured term building contracts
• Experience of financial management within the building sector
• University degree or a recognised equivalent professional qualification in a building or related subject AND 5 years' relevant post qualification experience OR
• Corporate membership of R.I.C.S AND 3 years' relevant post qualification experience
• Hold a full UK current driving license and have access to a car
• Excellent communication skills to meet the needs of the post in full
• Ability to work accurately and produce work of a high standard under pressure and meet strict deadlines

• Rates of pay £19.89 per hour
