Job description
Our client based in Dungannon, Co Tyrone have a vacancy for a Finance Administrator (12mth contract)
As the Finance Administrator, supporting the Finance team your duties will include
Role:
- Processing invoices
- Producing reports
- Drafting contracts
- Ensuring bills are approved
- Arranging credit notes
- Anti-money laundering checks
- Updating CRM system
- General risk and compliance activities
- Reception cover
- Filing
- Gathering information for meetings
Hours of work:
- 8.45am - 5pm Mon - Fri
The ideal Finance Administrator will have
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' administration experience in a finance or accounts role
- Excellent problem solving skills
- The ability to multi task
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work in a fast paced, pressurised environment, quickly and accurately
