Finance Officer


Mon - Fri 9 AM-5 PM

We are working with a local company to recruit an office bookkeeper/administrator to assist in delivering a high level of support to our sales, purchasing and management teams. The position will support a busy and growing team who aim to provide a high quality service to an ever expanding business and customer base.

The job role involves the following:

  • Monitor and review accounting software
  • Assist in preparing management accounts
  • Daily bank and sales reconciliations
  • Assisting with allocation of payments and invoicing
  • Assisting with monthly payroll
  • General office and admin duties as required

Essential Qualities:

  • Self-motivated and driven, with a can do attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional ethos
  • Ability to work well with a small but friendly and close knit team

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 2 Years' experience in office administration or bookkeeping roles
  • Experience with accounting software e.g. Sage, Microsoft Dynamics etc.
  • Excellent Excel skills
