Finance Support Officer - Public Sector

€27K - Full Time

Here at Staffline Recruitment, we are looking for a financial administrator to join our client within the public sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to both customers and colleagues and providing effective financial administrative support throughout the organisation.


  • Relevant third level qualification or accounting technician/ recognised business qualification equivalent is essential.
  • Experience in financial accounts, payroll or administration.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, SharePoint, Quantum and MS Packages.


  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility for resolving issues
  • Strives to exceed customer expectations
  • Excellent Communication skills, ability to listen and understand while be assertive and respectful.
  • Ability to work as part of team to get the job done.


  • Providing internal and external financial administration support.
  • Prepare papers for board meetings etc.
  • Assisting with organisation seminars, conferences, and financial training.
  • Ensure all financial data is correct and support beneficiaries in meeting monitoring requirements.
  • Monitor financial data and report any errors to team members.
