Staffline Recruitment is looking for a Floor/Production Supervisor for Twilight Shift with Jans Offsite Solutions. As our Production/Floor Supervisor you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Working hours( Twilight shift)

Start time 4pm

Monday to Thursday

Salary: 35-40K negotiable

Purpose/Responsibilities:

• Maximise efficiency and utilisation of multi-disciplined team with minimal technical support
• Maintain high levels of quality
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Set clear team goals
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics
• Motivate team members
• Discover training needs and provide coaching
• Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

• Ensure a safe working environment

Essential:

• Experience organising staffing levels and perform daily team meetings
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Experience setting clear team goals as per production schedule
• Scheduling & communicating to the team on requirements targets
• Health and safety awareness
• Strong understanding of modern construction

Desirable:

• Formal trade qualification
• Demonstrate previous experience in management and leadership of various building/construction trades to demanding build programmes
