The Job

• Answer any incoming phone queries relating to our custom clearance service.
• Input customs declarations for both Import and Export shipments
• Ensure that entries are transmitted to HMRC & Irish Revenue on time and in accordance with the deadlines set by the customer services and operations teams
• Provide support to Customs and Compliance Manager on all matters relating to customs procedures.

Full training is provided.

Skills required

• Fluent in french
• 2 years customer services experience
• GCSE Maths & English essential
• Excellent IT Skills
• Knowledge of Transport industry is advantageous

Salary - £21,000 to £25,000, dependent of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 - 17:00 or 12:00 - 21:00
• Weekend on call on rota basis (1 in 8)
