Essential Criteria -
- Fluent in English and French (Speaking and Writing)
- 1 year customer service experience (in any environment)
- Inbound call handling
- Providing excellent customer service
- Booking, Cancelling, Rescheduling tests
- Customer complaints
- Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 8am to 12pm.
- 1 Saturday in 4
- 8 hour rotational shift pattern
- 37.5 hours per week
Background screening checks to include: Access NI, Credit Check & Reference/Employment verification checks
