General Operative

The Client: one of Europe's longest established extrusion companies. Incorporated in 1979 the company has built up a strong portfolio using specialised extrusion machinery to manufacture a wide range of products.

The Role:

• Work in a busy plastic extrusion facility
• Operating equipment and machinery on the production line
• Adhering to health and safety procedures onsite
• Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor
• Working as part of a team
• Performing other tasks as assigned

Criteria

• Previous experience in a factory would be ideal
• Self-motivated and high energy
• Willingness to learn and a strong team player
• Good understanding of spoken / written English
• Ensure production demands and customer requirements are met
• Ability to use your own initiative
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Applicants need to be physically fit and able to be standing for prolonged periods

Hourly Rate- £10.50 p/h
