Our client is a leading constructions materials group based in Lisburn supplying Great Britain and Ireland.

The Role:

• To carry daily production tasks and other such tasks as set by Chargehands and Management within the Plant to the highest standards while maintaining exceptionally high standards of safety and quality.
• Perform visual quality inspections of product and final packaging
• Set up, perform routine checks and operate machinery
• Reduce waste and minimise production costs
• Contribute to the consistent delivery of production targets and budgeted operational performance
• Maintain exceptionally high standard of housekeeping

Requirements:

• Knowledge of machinery and equipment
• Plant Operation experience
• Driving Licence
• Team Player with ability to maintain effective working relationships across all levels
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Flexibility in relation to working skills/ hours to meet business needs
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload
• Practical problem solver

Hours of work: Shifts 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am

Rate of pay:

• £10.50- £11.73 per hour
• Saturday- Time 1/2
• Sunday- Double time
