Grafton are currently recruiting for several experienced Grill Chefs for a popular eating establishment in Carryduff. This is busy food, drink and entertainment complex serving the finest quality locally sourced produce in a relaxed casual atmosphere.

Will require you to prepare, cook and present food quickly and efficiently. To ensure the smooth running of the kitchen at all times and to work as part of a team.
-Prepare, cook and present food, quickly and efficiently, meeting company standards
-Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
-To understand and have a working knowledge of all current Health and Safety and food safety legislation
-Work safely around kitchen equipment and monitor and report any maintenance issues
-Manage food wastage through correct procedures
-Carry out instructions given by the management team
-Ability to cope under pressure and meet deadlines
-Busy restaurant experience
-Good interpersonal skills within the kitchen
-Ability to work as part of a team
-Flexible- available to work various shift patterns
-Previous experience within a busy café environment
-Basic food hygiene certificate
