Staffline Recruitment is currenly looking for an enthusiastic Groupage Administartor for our Client based in Ballymena.
The sucessfull candidate will be required to work with the Transport Team and Directors to manage the daily operations of the company,s vehicles across the UK and Ireland , whilst liaising with drivers , sub-contractors and customers.
Duties and responsibilities:
- mainitaining proper and accurate Pre- Shipment and Post-Shipmet Administartion including POD.
- preparing manifests and paperwork for drivers and /or subcontractors
- liaise with customers and provide updates as required
- inputting data on to Transport Management System
- general administrative tasks
Essential Criteria:
- experience of using and fully proficient with software packagaes such as MS Excel and Word wtc.

Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience within a Logistics , Freight or Warehousing capasity, however full training will be provided
Salary range: Salary Negotiable
Employment type: Permanent full- time
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
