Head Chef - Athlone

Staffline are searching for an experienced, talented Chef for the Athlone area. The successful candidate will -

• Have at least 3 years' experience working as a Head or Sous chef in a busy location and have managed a small team
• Have a good understanding of food margins with the ability to manage purchasing and waste to best effect
• Possess excellent communication and people skills
• Be a multi-tasker
• Have a genuine interest in food and food trends and an ability to introduce new trends to a menu whilst offering an excellent standard of traditional cooking
• Sound knowledge of HACCP systems
