Head of Property Management
Staffline Ireland recruiting for a Head of Property Management on behalf of a leading Estate Agent. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career with a forward thinking, dynamic company. The Head of Property Management will be responsible for the property management department as well as identifying opportunities to expand portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to team of Property Managers
- Manage large property portfolio
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Have hands on experience of HMO properties and applications
- Knowledge of Current Landlord and Tenant Legislation
- Ability to conduct property inspections and viewings
- Identify and resolve property management issues through to completion
- Be proactive in maintaining landlord and tenant relationships
- Rent collection and control
- Preparation of client reports
- Instructing repair works and ensuring completion of works in a timely manner
- Management of leases and tenancy renewals
- Any other duties role may involve
Person Specification:
- 5+ years experience in property management looking after large portfolios
- Experience in managing a successful team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Working knowledge of Property Management software packages
- Ability to work in an extremely busy office environment
- Clean, current valid Driving Licence is essential
