Job description
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety professional to join a leading supplier of industrial products. Reporting to the Managing Director main duties will include;
- Keep up to date with changes in current legislation
- Conduct H&S inspections and report findings to senior management
- Manage risk assessments amending procedures where necessary
- Implementation of relevant systems
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Provide training and support line managers on H&S issues generating training matrix's where required
- Ensure company is compliant with H&S legislation
Essential Criteria
- Degree educated in a relevant area
- NEBOSH certificate or equivalent
- 3 years' recent experience in a Health and Safety position
