Job description

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety professional to join a leading supplier of industrial products. Reporting to the Managing Director main duties will include;

  • Keep up to date with changes in current legislation
  • Conduct H&S inspections and report findings to senior management
  • Manage risk assessments amending procedures where necessary
  • Implementation of relevant systems
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Provide training and support line managers on H&S issues generating training matrix's where required
  • Ensure company is compliant with H&S legislation

Essential Criteria

  • Degree educated in a relevant area
  • NEBOSH certificate or equivalent
  • 3 years' recent experience in a Health and Safety position
