An excellent opportunity for a SHE Manager to join a leading manufacturer of specialist products. Reporting to the General Manager you will have full responsibility for H&S compliance throughout the business. You main duties will include;
- Implementation and roll out of HSE policies and strategies to ensure company compliance and continuous improvement
- Manage and maintain management systems in line with ISO standards
- Assist with hazard identification and risk control programmes
- Lead and assist with audits and reporting
- Coordinate pollution control, waste management, recycling, environmental health, conservation and energy whilst ensuring that all permitting and licencing requirements are observed
- Provide relevant HSE training to managers and employees ensuring compliance
- Risk assessments and reporting
Essential Criteria
- NEBOSH Diploma
- Excellent knowledge in environmental management
- 3 years experience in a similar role
