An excellent opportunity for a SHE Manager to join a leading manufacturer of specialist products. Reporting to the General Manager you will have full responsibility for H&S compliance throughout the business. You main duties will include;

• Implementation and roll out of HSE policies and strategies to ensure company compliance and continuous improvement
• Manage and maintain management systems in line with ISO standards
• Assist with hazard identification and risk control programmes
• Lead and assist with audits and reporting
• Coordinate pollution control, waste management, recycling, environmental health, conservation and energy whilst ensuring that all permitting and licencing requirements are observed
• Provide relevant HSE training to managers and employees ensuring compliance
• Risk assessments and reporting

Essential Criteria

• NEBOSH Diploma
• Excellent knowledge in environmental management
• 3 years experience in a similar role
