Job description

Working from our in-house FM Software Package the candidate will be trained to log-calls / update the systems to keep our information live in a busy Helpdesk environment.

Day to day tasks.

  • Sending and receiving emails
  • Raising and closing jobs on our FM Package
  • Raising PO's to Supply Chain
  • Updating notes on job progress in a live environment
  • Answering phones and liaising with engineers and clients
  • Full training will be provided.
