Working from our in-house FM Software Package the candidate will be trained to log-calls / update the systems to keep our information live in a busy Helpdesk environment.
Day to day tasks.
- Sending and receiving emails
- Raising and closing jobs
- Raising PO's to Supply Chain
- Updating notes on job progress in a live environment
- Answering phones and liaising with engineers and clients
- Full training will be provided.
