The Client: Local Government body based in Newry, serving local residents.

The Role:

To undertake specialist driving duties (HGV), supervise the vehicle team and undertake associated ancillary duties within the Refuse Collection Service.

Hours of work: 37 hrs per week

Requirements:

• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Awareness of health and safety issues
• Flexible, able to work unsocialable hours, including weekends and bank holidays
• Previous experience in a similar role
• HGV Licences

In Return:

• Rates of Pay: £9.25/9.50 p/hr
