HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT

ARMAGH

FULL TIME (PERM)







OVERVIEW

To service guestrooms, bathrooms, suites and public areas / corridors in accordance with procedures.

Shift Patterns:
6am-2pm
9am-5pm
10am-6pm
6pm-2am

Shift rota basis
Must be fully flexible to work weekdays and weekends
*Permanent and Seasonal Positions available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* To ensure that bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned in accordance with laid down procedures
* To ensure that tasks are completed
* To ensure that when requested you clean the public areas of the hotel
* To ensure that any faulty or defective equipment is reported to maintenance
* To ensure that good communication links are established with other departments
* To ensure that regular spring cleaning is carried out upon the request of the Head Housekeeper
* To ensure that Back of House areas are cleaned when necessary
* To ensure that trolleys on corridors are kept tidy at all times
* To assist other Departments when necessary
* Comply with all safety Rules and Procedures eg. Health & Safety, Hygiene and Fire
* Any other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time by your Manager



DESIRABLE CANDIDATE

* Must have a professional and friendly approach
* Must be focused on providing excellent customer service
* Previous cleaning experience is desirable, however full training will be given
