Job description

An excellent opportunity for a HR professional to join a fast paced innovative HR team within leading Construction Company. Reporting to the HR Manager main duties will include;

  • Respond to HR queries passing on to the relevant specialist where necessary
  • Assist in the recruitment process, placing adverts, managing applications, arranging interviews
  • Assist with the onboarding process; preparing contracts , letters of offer and arranging start dates
  • Ensure that all payroll instructions are prepared and submitted on time to payroll
  • Carry out any general administration for the HR team when required

Essential criteria

  • Experience of working in a fast paced HR function
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • CIPD qualification would be desirable
