Job description

Our Client, Evron Foods is a highly successful company with dual site manufacturing in the UK and Ireland. We are at the leading edge of delivering innovation and product solutions to the Retail and Food Service markets and currently wish to grow our Human Resources team within the Portadown site with the appointment of an Administrator to help support the HR team.

The Role:

  1. Agency Management
    • Managing temporary labour orders based on production requirements.
    • Completing agency timesheets on a weekly basis.
  2. Maintaining PPE Stocks
    • Issuing PPE as and when required
    • Conducting stocktakes and ordering PPE on a monthly basis
  3. Training & Development
    • Completing inductions for permanent staff.
    • Monitoring agency inductions.
    • Issuing and recording of training documentation.
  4. Administration
    • Logging HR and Health & Safety paperwork
    • Maintaining absence paperwork including absence checks.
    • Completing the labour costing reports on a daily basis.
  5. Any other duties as requested by management.

Essential Criteria

  • 1-2 years' experience in an Admin role ideally within the manufacturing industry
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Strong computer literacy to include Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
