Our client is seeking to recruit a HR Administrator to join their busy office . This is a temporay ongoing contract 39 hours a week.
To support and assist management to ensure an efficient and effective HR administration function is developed and maintained which supports the business needs of the organisation.
- Forming and maintaining employee records
- Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment correspondence
- Reviewing and renewing company policies
Knowledge of payroll functions desirable
