HR Administrator - Dublin 22

At Staffline Recruitment we have a fantastic opportunity available for a strong HR Administrator to join our client, a rapidly growing multinational company with offices in Dublin 22.

The purpose of this role will be to provide support to the HR Manager in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, training and the general day to day HR function. This permanent position will offer the successful candidate the chance to gain great exposure to HR along with the opportunity to grow a career in a successful, market leading organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Recruit and onboard new employees (Full-cycle) Advertise, Recruitment agencies, manage LinkedIn, sift through cvs, interview, formal offer, contract pack, onboarding.
  • Implement/Develop/Support performance reviews and necessary training.
  • Manage/Develop/Promote the Educational Assistance Fund
  • Develop and oversee employee termination process, exit interview, final pay etc.
  • Review Employee files on an ongoing basis
  • Manage the HR Portal (Breathe) and ensure all information is updated and live.
  • Provide support for employees when required through EAP in particular focusing on mental health resources
  • Ensure personal improvement through seminars/training- personal improvements.
  • Reintroduce regular site visits when COVID restrictions ease.
  • Support grievance/disciplinary process.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration. Collating data each month and liaising with payroll provider.
  • Finalise payment of PAYE each month with Revenue/HMRC.
  • Manage day to day requests from employees

Interested applicants will meet the following requirements:

  • CIPD qualification is desirable
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar experience in a similar role
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong HR background with excellent administrative skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask, work to deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
  • Fluency in English essential and must be confident in dealing with employees
  • Flexible approach to all areas of the role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel required
