Job description

HR Assistant required for Fermanagh, permanent role starting asap

Hours of Work : 8am - 4.30pm Mon-Fri

Salary : £21,250

Duties :

  • Assisting the HR Manager in Daily Administrative and HR duties
  • Recruitment & Selection and Development of Staff
  • Maintain new employee information by entering and updating Employment Data
  • Monitoring and updating of Training Matrix
  • Completing Daily and Weekly KPIs
  • Data collection of Time and Attendance
  • Point of contact for HR related queries
  • Undertake any duties conducive with the effective operation of the post

The successful candidate will ideally:

  • Educated to A level standard or equivalent in HR or Business
  • Computer Literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills with the ability to communicate to all levels in the organisation
  • Demonstrate ability to work under pressure
  • Highly organised and approachable
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Reliable and discreet with the ability to handle sensitive HR Information
