HR Business Partner
Ballymena

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join one of Northern Irelands leading employers. You will be responsible for designing and delivering a site HR plan and managing the budget.
Your main duties will include:
- Achieve excellent employee relations
- Deliver effective employee engagement and participation
- Lead annual employee engagement survey to achieve target participation levels
- Facilitate Team Briefing and employee involvement
- Best in class communication processes and systems are established and implemented on the site
- Adherence to all relevant company policies, legislation and customer protocols
- Manage and lead site Union talks, works council and employee engagement
- Delivery of effective IPR's to ensure that individual performance reviews are completed for everyone and that follow up action plans are delivered
- Plan and deliver site succession planning in conjunction with senior management to ensure that we develop employees with potential for greater responsibility
- Achieve best in class standards of HR Excellence through HR Dashboard metrics
Essential Criteria
- 3 years' experience at HR Manager level with the manufacturing industry
- CIPD qualified
- Proven Unionised workforce experience
