The company is an established business who provide tailored, personable and strategic approach to medical device consultancy, established in 2010 the primary goal of the company is to ease the journey towards regulatory compliance for companies in the in vitro and companion in vitro diagnostic industry.
Their aim is to be a trusted partner in the global ambition to improve patient care, leveraging our expertise in delivering high quality, accelerated clinical research for biomarker diagnostics. Due to growth and expansion the client is looking to recruit a HR business support/Generalist on a PT or Full time basis. This role offers flexaaility and an opportunity to deliver HR plocies, procedures and support.
HR Business Support /HR Generalist (Part time or Full time)
Salary is negotiable depending on experience
Key duties:
- Experience in a similar, recent HR Officer role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Maintains employee confidentiality
- Level 5 CIPD or working towards Level 5 essential
- To be able to be in control of own workload and self manage
- To be able to meet business demands as required
- Good working knowledge of Employment legislation, recruitment and/or employee relations
- Experience in using a range of IT systems
- Experience in effectively communicating with managers and staff on a range of issues
- Maintain up to date records on probation, induction, appraisal, and training for all employees
- Maintain up to date records on recruitment - coordinate recruitment procedures from shortlisting, arranging interviews, issuing offers and on-boarding when needed
- Maintain comprehensive employment records of all staff
- Maintain management of sickness absence for staff - keep line managers informed of staff absences
- To be a point of contact for all HR queries
- Process Payroll and Maintain accurate payroll records for monthly processing
- To assist with learning & development, maintain the Learning Management System and organisation of learning events
- Keep employees up to date with monthly HR Refresher bites on company policies and Handbook
