An exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to join a leading global employer in Newry. You will play an important role in the management team. Reporting to the HR Director you main duties will include;

  • Ensure all policies and procedures are in up to date and in line with current legislation
  • Support managers with performance management
  • Maintaining and Updating HR systems
  • Provide training to managers and team leaders on employee relations , HR processes and systems
  • Provide support to the senior management team
  • Sickness and absence management
  • Liaise with L&D to identify training opportunities and needs


  • 10 years generalist HR experience
  • Experience of working within a professional services environment or similar industry
  • Ideally educated to degree level in a related subject and CIPD membership
