HR Officer

Location; Co. Tyrone

Salary; £22,000 TO £26,000

We are recruiting for a HR Officer to join a leading global employer based in Co. Tyrone. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will join an established team of HR professionals with a focus on recruitment activities.

The role

  • Devise and implement recruitment policies
  • Lead recruitment and selection activities
  • Advise line managers and assist with Performance Management
  • Process absence management and implement policies
  • Assist with the disciplinary and grievance process
  • Employee relations


  • Degree educated in a relevant discipline
  • 1 year HR experience ideally with a focus on recruitment
  • Ability to travel to other sites when necessary
  • Excellent IT skills
