Newry
Temporary (Part time)
20 hours per week (Working 3 days including Mon and Tues)
Our Client based in Newry require a Part time HR Officer, working in conjunction with a second part-time HR Officer, to provide a full time HR service to the organisation

Essential Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' recent experience working at HR Officer level or equivalent
- Experience of managing disciplinary and grievance issues
- Experience in producing, developing and analysing HR KPIs
- Experience of reviewing and implementing HR policies
- Experience of providing professional HR advice and guidance to staff at all levels
- Operational experience of end to end recruitment and selection processes
- Ability to demonstrate participation in delivering organisational change
Desirable Requirements
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD)
- Proficient in use of Sage HR
- Experience of working in a hospice, hospital or other health care environment
Hours of work:
20 hours per week (3 days including Monday & Tuesday)
In Return:
- Pay: £15.93 per hour
- Holiday Entitlement: 28 days per annum
